use before you shampoo

Brush hair vigorously with scalp brush to loosen scales and stimulate lymphatic drainage and blood flow

dispense on scalp, massage in.

Cover with a damp towel.

Brush scalp scales to loosen again.

Use diluted RAW Apple cider vinegar to cut the oil from hair, massage it in.

Then apply deep cleansing shampoo 3x, then condition.
